Even more urgently, we have have 6 cases of our large size eggs available to wholesale to restaurants, bakeries, etc... We REALLY need to sell these to make up for some of our losses related to Irma. If anyone is interested, knows a chef that might be interested, or could help us shout this from the rooftops that would be great. Cases of 15 dozen are $39.45. That's 50% off our retail price and 20% less than a comparable local product through Limehouse. For this discounted price, eggs must be ordered and scheduled for delivery on or before Tuesday, September 19th. Otherwise, they will be donated to charity and the farm will take a further loss.
