Free Home Delivery is available for orders totaling over $100. For orders under $100 there is a $10 flat fee. Home deliveries occur twice per month and the next available will be posted on the banner at the top of the homepage. All available dates will be included in your shipping options at check out AFTER you enter your shipping address. Orders must be placed before Friday Evening at 6 PM for delivery that weekend. Shipping via Fed-Ex to the Lower 48 States
Orders will be shipped out via Fed-Ex on the Monday following your order.
There is a minimum of $200 of frozen goods for all orders shipped via FedEx. We require this in order to have critical mass and avoid the use of dry ice and its impact on the environment.
All Fed-Ex shipping is now offered at our discounted cost and will be invoiced separately after your order is processed. $20 to $50 is a reasonable estimate, depending on your location.
Frozen goods may be returned if the customer notifies us within 30 calendar days and as long as upon inspection it is apparent that the item has been kept frozen and not been defrosted, or defrosted and re-frozen. Eggs may NOT be returned. However a full credit will be given if anyone has any issue with quality. We stand behind our products 100%.
Refunds will only be processed after items have been inspected. No returns are available for shipped (Fed-Ex) orders delivered outside of South Carolina at this time. Refunds may be given in the form of credit towards purchases, refunded to your credit card when possible, or in cash if necessary.
