Pork fat
I rendered Leaf Fat for the first time and it was so easy. I cooked with it the next three days and loved what the fat did for the foods. I made cookies that my daughter said tasted creamy which was an interesting observation. Not oily at all and no pork flavors. I liked it so much I doubled my order that next week and will keep ordering it as I have time to process. Thanks for a great product.
