Before Wishbone, I always used to put a roaster in a crock pot without any water and 4 hours later the chicken half submerged in liquid.
Roaster was cooked after another 4 hours and it would be completely submerged in broth. First roaster from Wishbone cooked same way, 4 hours later, no liquid! Chicken was drying since I didn't add any water. That is when I realized, Wishbone doesn't inject their chickens with additives to plump it up. The difference is remarkable. I feel better with Wishbone because no mystery chemicals and additives are added.
