We raise this food on thirteen acres in Saint George, South Carolina — pasture raised chicken and pork, grass fed and grass finished beef, eggs from hens that have never seen the inside of a barn. Every week it travels to customers across the Charleston area who have decided that what their family eats matters enough to be deliberate about it.
Thursday pickups run in Summerville, Park Circle, Mount Pleasant, and Downtown Charleston. Saturday pickups run in Summerville and Johns Island at the Sea Island Farmers Market. Home delivery covers Charleston, James Island, Johns Island, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Hanahan, Goose Creek, Ladson, and Daniel Island twice a month on Sundays — Farmer David drives it personally. Every order is packed the same week it ships. Nothing sits in a warehouse. There is no supply chain between this farm and your table.
We are not a butcher shop or a meat market. There is no counter to walk up to, no case to browse, no same-day pickup. What we are is the farm itself — which means the chicken you order on Wednesday was raised here, processed locally, and in your freezer by the weekend. No middleman. No mystery.
Most of the people who find us are not looking for a farm. They are looking for an answer to a question that grocery store labels stopped being able to answer. Antibiotic free. Vaccine free. Raised outside. From a farmer who answers his phone. That is what we are.
All of these items are great places to start...
