Returns/ Refund Policy


Frozen goods may be returned if the customer notifies us within 14 calendar days and as long as upon inspection it is apparent that the item has been kept frozen and not been defrosted, or defrosted and re-frozen. Eggs may NOT be returned. However a full credit will be given if anyone has any issue with quality. We stand behind our products 100%.

Refunds will only be processed after items have been inspected. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover original payment processing fees. No returns are available for shipped (Fed-Ex) orders delivered outside of South Carolina at this time. Refunds may be given in the form of credit towards purchases, refunded to your credit card when possible, or in cash if necessary.

Please Contact Us immediately if you would like to return an item. If you are ever dissatisfied with ANY item please let us know so that we have the opportunity to improve. We may also offer a new item gratis at our discretion.
