Our grass fed, grass finished beef blended with beef liver, heart, and kidney ground together for your convenience — 30% organs by weight. It is one of the easiest ways to work a potent amount of organ meats into your regular cooking.

What it particularly excels in are dishes with bold seasoning or a rich sauce — tacos, a deeply spiced meat sauce, chili, meatballs with plenty of garlic and herbs. In those applications the organ flavor integrates beautifully and adds a depth that plain ground beef cannot match. In a plain burger or a lightly seasoned preparation, the flavor may be more forward than you will appreciate. It is ground fresh and vacuum sealed in 1 lb packs.
