Choice cuts of our delicious grass fed beef are combined with fresh beef liver, heart, and kidney in a mix that is 30% organs by weight. This is one of the easiest ways to add healthy grass fed organ meats into your diet. It is ground fresh and vacuum sealed for added longevity in your freezer.
Beef Practices & Quality
All of our beef is grass fed and grass finished. Cows are systematically rotated onto fresh pasture and supplemented with coastal bermuda hay and alfalfa. They have automated fresh water and salt and mineral blocks freely available at all times. We routinely seed our pastures with diverse forage crops to ensure lush green pastures all season long. No grains, no sweet feed, and no silage are used. Our cows are raised without antibiotics, steroids, growth hormones, or any other unnatural processes.
Local Beef
All of our cows are purchased from farms in South Carolina. They are 100% grass fed from weaning whenever possible. All cows are finished on fresh grass for an average of 6 months to a year and a minimum of 90 days on site at Wishbone Heritage Farms in St. George, SC. Our hay is grown across the street. Our alfalfa is packed at Orangeburg Milling. Our grass fed beef is butchered and packed at Williamsburg Packing in Kingstree, SC. Our entire process is local to Charleston, SC and nearly all of our inputs come from within 75 miles of downtown.
