Being well-stocked with pasture raised heritage breed pork starts here. This pack was built around a simple idea — one order should cover every way you cook pork, from a slow Sunday shoulder to a weeknight chop to a backyard rack of ribs.

The pack includes a Boston Butt, full rack of St. Louis ribs, a large bone-in thick center cut chop, a pair of bone-in thin center cut chops, a pair of sirloin chops, a pack of thick sliced bacon, and three customer choice packs from our sausage and ground lineup — each at 15% off individual retail.

The three customer choice slots are where the pack becomes yours. Pick any combination from our pork sausage and ground options. If you already have favorites, duplicates are welcome. If you're new and it sounds good, it's worth a shot. A lot of custom crafting went into all of these recipes.

The pack totals approximately 14 pounds of pasture-raised pork and saves you 22% off full retail depending on your selections.

Pick three includes: Andouille, Bangers, Boudin, Breakfast Patties (Mild, Hot, or Maple), Bulk Sausage Medium, Chourico, Garlic Bratwurst, Italian (Hot or Sweet), Jalapeño & Cheddar, Kielbasa, Plain Ground, or Taco Mix (all pork options).

Pickup & delivery for Pork Variety Pack — Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Johns Island, Summerville, & Surrounding Areas

Pork Variety Pack is available for pickup on Thursdays in Summerville, Park Circle, Mount Pleasant, and downtown Charleston, and on Saturdays in Summerville and at the Sea Island Farmers Market on Johns Island. Order by Wednesday 10 PM for Thursday, Friday 6 PM for Saturday.

Pick up at the farm in Saint George Thursday through Saturday, or by appointment if you need something different.

Pork Variety Pack is available for free local home delivery across the Charleston area on orders over $150 — downtown Charleston, West Ashley, James Island, Johns Island, North Charleston, Park Circle, Hanahan, Daniel Island, Mount Pleasant, Goose Creek, Ladson, Summerville, Ridgeville, and St. George. $20 flat under $150. Farmer David delivers personally twice per month, typically on Sundays.

Outside the area? We ship frozen via FedEx Ground to 21 states and Washington, DC. $250 minimum, $49.75 flat rate. If you are near a pickup location or inside the delivery area, that is the better option — fresher product and no shipping cost.
