Our pasture raised chicken backs are one of the most flavorful and collagen-rich parts of the bird, making them an ideal foundation for homemade chicken broth and stock. Meatier than necks or feet, chicken backs add depth of flavor and a rich, golden color to your broth that lighter bones alone simply cannot produce. Roast them first at 400°F for 30 minutes for an even deeper, more complex result.
