Our pasture raised smoked ham hocks are smoked by Williamsburg Packing in Kingstree, SC — the same local butcher that processes all of our pork. Uncured, preservative free, with no added ingredients, letting the natural flavor of our pasture raised pork shine through.

Ham hocks are a cornerstone of Southern cooking and a beloved ingredient in cuisines around the world.
