Farmer David's favorite of our chicken sausages, and once you try it you will understand why. This is sweet curry — warm, complex, and deeply aromatic — built on a turmeric base that gives the link a vivid golden color before it even hits the pan. The spice level is approachable, even for children. Cumin, coriander, fennel seed, and mace layer into something that tastes like a proper curry without requiring a pot on the stove.

Five links per full one pound pack

Grill over medium heat to an internal temperature of 165°F, about 12 to 15 minutes. Cast iron works beautifully — the fat renders and the spices caramelize against the pan in a way that will make your kitchen smell extraordinary. In the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes if you prefer hands-off. Slice them over rice with a spoonful of chutney, tuck them into a flatbread with cucumber and yogurt, or serve whole alongside roasted vegetables for a weeknight dinner that looks far more involved than the simple work it is.
