Description

A delicious bacon cheeseburger in link form without any shortcuts. Our grass fed beef is mixed with real uncured smoked bacon from our pasture raised pork and loaded with diced cheddar from Biery Cheese Co. in North Carolina. The bacon fat bastes the beef from within as it cooks, the cheese melts into the meat, and what comes off the grill tastes exactly like what your inner child is hoping for.

Four links per one full pound pack

Cook it over medium-high heat, turning once or twice, until it reads 160°F at the center — about 12 to 15 minutes depending on your grill. It works equally well in a cast iron or in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes. Serve it on a toasted bun with mustard and pickles, or slice it thin over a plate of fries for something that wins first place on a game day spread.

The only thing that competes with this at a cookout is our boneless skin-on thighs wrapped in bacon with cheese melted over the top.
