Our grass fed beef marrow bones are split lengthwise in a canoe cut, fully exposing the rich, golden marrow and making them as beautiful on the plate as they are delicious. Roasting marrow bones is one of the simplest and most rewarding things you can do in a kitchen — season with a little sea salt, roast at 450°F for 15 to 20 minutes until the marrow is bubbling and just beginning to pull away from the bone, and serve immediately with crusty bread and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
