Beef, chicken, pork, and sausage from animals raised on thirteen acres in Saint George, South Carolina. Grass-fed and grass-finished cattle, chicken and pigs on open pasture, all of it antibiotic free and vaccine free.

Ground beef and prime steaks. Bacon and pork trotters. Chicken breast and chicken feet. Sausages are all custom — andouille, boudin, merguez, chourico and more.

We are not a butcher shop or a meat market. There is no counter, no case, no same-day pickup. What we are is the farm. The chicken you order on Wednesday was raised here, processed locally, and in your freezer by the weekend.
